Cheers for a brilliant orchestral performance

Brilliant in color, supple in tempi and inspired by dramatic thrust, Sanderling gave tonal shape to the fictional scenes of an artist’s life – whether passion, lurking tension or unleashing witches’ sabbath. All in all, an orchestral tour de force that received a standing ovation at the end of the 11th Subscription Concert.
