Michael Sanderling takes over SWR Symphony Orchestra’s concerts in Stuttgart, Freiburg, Cologne and Frankfurt, replacing Teodor Currentzis on a short notice. The concerts take place between 19. and 26. September and the programme includes Shostakovich’s 2nd Cello Concerto, Anton Webern’s Idyll „Im Sonnerwind“ and the Adagio from Mahler’s 10th Symphony.
